 Our QuickStart package includes everything you need to get started with WebERP. 

 Installation

 If you have infrastructure capable of hosting WebERP, we will create a professional installation on your server on a directory of your choice. We also offer a no-obligation assessment of your server, so you can make the right decisions around security and scalability for your business. 

Hosting

We can also setup your WebERP system on a shared host, with upto 2 GB of server space. Select the hosting option when you order, and our team shall provide you with a no-obligation quote on various options. 

Data Setup

 We import and setup data that is required to start transactions in your WebERP instance - our standard spreadsheetsprovide you sample data and instructions that help you upload data quickly and accurately. 

 The QuickStart package includes: 

• Customer import from spreadsheet format
• Vendor import from spreadsheet format
• Product import from spreadsheet format
  
• Setup of prices, stocks and taxes based on templates supplied by us.
• Warehouse location setup
• Accounting data setup

Training

The QuickStart package includes 3 hours of online training time with our consultants, so you can learn how to use basic and advanced features of the application in your business. Using our Dimdim WebMeeting account, our consultants can actually demonstrates how each feature works - in real time. 

We also offer a "unlimited fair use" number of email questions on deployment and package functionality. 

Support

With the QuickStart package, you are automatically entitled to upto 3 hours of technical support. You can access our helpdesk by email, chat or phone - and also log tickets online using our issue tracking application. 

Savings on Customization

 Because we understand that installing a package is just part of the work, we now offer discounts on customization services to customers who sign up for our QuickStart packages. Please contact the implementation team for more information.
